Assisted Daily Living
Assisted Living Partial Care
Includes the following care services in addition to those care services described in the basic plan, for which an approximate 30 minutes of extra daily assistance will be provided.
- Partial assistance with personal hygiene (Basin set-up); including 1 extra bath per week.
- Cueing/Directing, light hands on care.
- Ambulatory assistance to dining room, and recreational activities.
- Assistance provided with occasional incontinence.
- Monitoring "High Risk" smokers.
Additional fee for Service with Permanent Care - $ 225.00 per month
Assisted Living Full Care
Includes the following care services in addition to those care services described in the basic plan, for which an approximate 90 minutes of daily assistance will be provided.
- Complete assistance with bathing as often as necessary.
- Transfer assistance to/from dining room, and recreational activities.
- Complete assistance with daily dressing/undressing or other activities of daily living.
- Assistance with ongoing incontinence.
Additional fee for Service with Permanent Care - $450.00 per month
Personal Care on a Fee For Service Basis
Provided by qualified Personal Support Workers are available to residents who require extra assistance with activities of daily living.
